This needs to be determined through large-scale data analysis; we can analyze the gap between ourselves and our competitors from various aspects such as their yield, energy consumption, efficiency, costs, and maintenance requirements. Advanced is not absolute; a device can be considered advanced if it has one indicator that shows it to be so. We need to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the other party’s methods and tactics, transform them into our own, and improve efficiency. 2. By comparing with advanced factories, which indicators meet those of the advanced factories? It is still necessary to conduct large-scale data analysis to determine what the best indicators are and what methods others use; therefore, it depends on where everyone’s average level lies. 3. What do everyone do? Are there any comparable benchmarks? On a monthly basis, comparisons are made with the target factories, relevant questions are raised, and efforts are made to adjust or modify the equipment. 4. There are no standards; I don’t know how to do it
If standards must be established, then it is necessary to look at the standards of the entire industry and the average values; those that exceed these standards are considered advanced.

It’s essentially about leveraging each other’s strengths to compensate for weaknesses; ‘setting a standard’ means referring to certain benchmarks, with those who perform well serving as such standards.
