In stress calculation, only Y is set for a point – why are forces also shown in the report for the X and Z directions?
Is the piping straight? If not, there will naturally be forces in other directions
It’s a vertical pipe, so friction shouldn’t have any effect, right?
It’s not a straight pipe; if only a Y is installed in the vertical pipe, there should be only displacement in the horizontal direction, right? No force should be exerted
