I would like to seek advice from the experts here regarding the installation location of angle valves in diesel hydroprocessing units, the manufacturers of such valves, their actual performance in operation, as well as the problems that arise during normal production. I appreciate the experts’ insights in advance.

It’s usually in areas where there is a large pressure difference; in such cases, imports are generally used, and problems tend not to occur. However, it has happened before that blockages occurred due to catalyst debris

Here, we mainly have angle valves for the two-way pipeline of the compressor and for the flow from the reactor products to the heat fractionator and the release gas to the fractionator; emergency pressure relief is also handled by angle valves. When the pressure difference is large, a corner valve is used to reduce the pressure. Hydrogen is clean; everything is fine. Coking occurs during the reaction in the reactor, which causes blockages, and it takes a lot of effort to clean it
