Abnormal exhaust pressure of hydrogen compressor

We have a hydrogen refining unit in place; for some unknown reason, the exhaust pressure at the first stage of the compressor gradually decreased from 4.2 MPa to 3.5 MPa, which resulted in a higher exhaust temperature at the second stage of the compressor and a reduction in the amount of fresh hydrogen supplied, by about 2000 cubic meters per hour. Our compressors are reciprocating types; the purity of hydrogen remains around 99.98, with no change in the processing capacity of the equipment nor in the properties of the raw materials. We would appreciate your guidance! !
Does this mean there’s a leak in the valve of the first-stage cylinder?
The primary exhaust valve is damaged; it’s not the intake valve
The primary exhaust valve is damaged or the piston ring seal is compromised
The valve disc is damaged – has your intake temperature at stage 1 increased?
There is internal leakage in the primary exhaust valve, or the primary outlet water cooler is leaking, or the pressure setting at the secondary inlet is too low.
