This post was last edited by Yitailonger on 2016-2-26 at 20:03. The Spring Festival arrives grandly and then leaves quietly; year after year, it enriches our memories yet ages our faces. Everyone has also adjusted their mindset and devoted themselves to the busy work. New year’s goals and plans have also been set; here I’d like to talk about “those things” encountered in work and life. Due to work arrangements, I have been able to manage this section less frequently recently; I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on that, and in the future I will pay more attention to its management. I believe the sun will still shine brightly tomorrow, and I’m convinced that our ideals will remain with us… I hope everyone feels free to share their thoughts on the various issues they encounter in their work and lives; they can also offer suggestions regarding the management of petrochemical processing or new initiatives. To encourage people to speak up, we will provide rewards based on the quality of their contributions – those who participate will receive \"6-10 Wealth\" points, while those whose contributions are particularly outstanding will get \"15-30 Wealth\" points plus additional charm points as a reward. At the same time, I hope that moderators Long’er, Guanban, and Adventure Wang will pay more attention to and provide more support for this forum. I also request that moderator Fengshan review it together. @Yitailong'er @Guan Gongyu @Adventure Wang @Fengshan
The unforgettable year of 2015 was truly frustrating; I submitted my resignation today, and my mood has instantly improved.
One must write a “work report” every day.
When it comes to work matters, to use a popular saying: The employee has troubles inside, but doesn’t say anything~~ We’re not trying to appear superior or show off; we just try our best to do our job well; I’m ugly, have no support, no house, no car, and no money, but I will keep working out; in my free time I walk along the coast, read books, and study to get certificates. These are my plans for the new year
I hate it the most when leaders act too showy. Everything should be done with the company’s overall interests in mind, ensuring the company’s benefits; there should be no shirking of responsibilities, and tasks that are not considered part of one’s own department’s duties should not be ignored. Everyone needs to take a big step forward. Turn around, and there’s a problem – they say you’re going beyond your department’s authority.
At the beginning of the new year, the production units are set to be fully commissioned. This involves organizational verification procedures prior to commissioning; it is necessary to conduct on-site spot checks to ensure that safety valves are properly installed and functioning. Additionally, inspections must be carried out in various departments to verify that workshop-level confirmation processes have been completed (in terms of paper documentation). It’s just some regular daily work.
Without mentioning layoffs, it is referred to as optimizing positions.
The winter season has arrived in this industry; salaries are not paid, and strict rules are imposed on being late or leaving early, making life increasingly difficult. Although winter has arrived and spring has come, can winter still be far away?
In our plant’s MTBE unit, the pressure difference in the etherification reactor keeps increasing over time as production continues; currently, this pressure difference is 0.27 megapascals. (Previously, the pressure difference reached 0.3 MPa; we performed a backflush and it was fixed.) I would like to know the reasons for the pressure difference and how to deal with it
Work will stop for maintenance tomorrow (March 1), and another tough battle is about to begin! :lol@chunhui1009 @sdshihua @slll611 @zls1457 @Guan Gongyu @Linlin Shangshang @Ma Yiyi @Zhang Jun_nLlUg @OnlySingEcho @BlackToothPaste
The construction schedule has just been finalized; we’ll work backwards on it again tomorrow. . .
