The design institute should have its own requirements; ultimately, those of the design institute take precedence. If any adjustments are needed, it is necessary to communicate with the design institute before the bidding process begins.
It mainly depends on what equipment is being bid for; specific detailed requirements are set according to the relevant equipment. Quality, safety, process requirements, and so on are all things that need to be taken into consideration.
It mainly includes: 1. A brief description of the process； 2. Scope of supply ； 3. Scope of Services ； 4. Technical requirements ； 5. Inspection and acceptance ； 6. Manufacturer information ； 7. Shipping requirements ； 8. Data Table ； 9. Template for Exception and Deviation Table ； 10. Technical Service Quotation Sheet ； 11. Spare parts list template, etc. Abroad, a quote sheet is usually attached to the homepage as well. Since we’re talking about foreign countries, let’s mention the differences between domestic and foreign contexts: 1. In foreign countries, technical requirements generally involve selecting a main control standard and then adding supplements or modifications to those requirements; whereas domestic design institutes seem to simply copy a few clauses from relevant specifications ； 2. Abroad, the data sheets attached to the control standard are generally used, while domestic design institutes usually prepare their own. Personally, I prefer this approach abroad as it is more systematic.
