May I ask: Is it necessary to fill the valve chambers of gas steel valves and PE valves with sand? What is the function of filling with sand?
It is necessary to prevent the leaked natural gas from mixing with air to form explosive gases
Prevent combustible materials from accumulating in low-lying areas, where fires and explosions could occur; therefore, fill them with sand.
