The batch loading controller is used in conjunction with a mass flow meter. Why use a pulse output for mass flow meters? Are there any advantages? Are there other reasons?
If it is an analog signal, A/D and D/A conversions can cause errors; pulse counting is relatively more accurate.
The flow meter used in conjunction with the loading system will be included in the settlement, so it needs to meet the required accuracy. The precision of conventional 4–20mA signals is insufficient; the pulse method is more accurate.
