I graduated with a degree in chemical engineering 11 years ago, and I currently work for a company in Guangdong that does not have the necessary design qualifications. I have been studying injection molding for over 3 months now, and I’ve read several manuals on the subject; I feel quite confident about my skills. However, since my company lacks the required design qualifications, I would like to ask fellow professionals: how were the exams conducted in Guangdong in previous years? Was there an evaluation process after the exams? Are there any requirements when signing up? I would be even more grateful if any kind sir could stamp it for me! ! ! The new syllabus has not been released yet; you can refer to the previous application requirements in your area – there should be little change. I hope this helps!
For the post-exam review in Guangdong, find some design firms there and call them to ask if they can provide their stamp.

You need to find a design firm that will stamp the documents for you before registering. So you should call such firms right now; there are many small design firms in Guangdong. Ask about their human resources department, and if necessary, visit their managers in person and bring them some gifts. If their design institute agrees, then register in their name and modify your work experience yourself. Guangdong doesn’t check social insurance records at the moment; if they start to do so, there will be no chance anymore.

It depends on what you do; if one company isn’t willing to help, then call several more. You can’t know in advance whether someone will refuse you just by not making a call. Even if you go and ask other design firms, at most they’ll say no, but they won’t throw you out.
