As the title suggests, in the hydrocracking unit, the hydrogen sulfide level in the liquefied gas exceeds the allowed limits. With all other process parameters remaining unchanged, this sudden increase in hydrogen sulfide levels has occurred. I invite everyone to share their insights on this issue; thank you.

The desulfurization efficiency of the stripping tower has decreased. 3. There are errors in the laboratory analysis!
Agree with the person above; the alkali cleaning method is not effective. The stripper is primarily used to remove hydrogen sulfide; if the concentration increases, first check the changes in the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the feed to the stripper
Our hydrocracking unit does not have an alkaline washing step; dry desulfurization is used for light naphtha and heavy naphtha, that is, desulfurization is carried out using zinc oxide and iron oxide!
Your zinc oxide and iron oxide have reached saturation and need to be replaced as soon as possible! ! !
