Distance between pipe gallery and tank farm

As the title suggests, regarding the fire dike in Class B tank areas of type C, how should the distance from it to the pipe galleries and pump rooms be determined? What values should be used? The client requires the use of petrochemical standards.
There are no special requirements for the pipe gallery; as for the pump room, there should be regulations specified in the tables in the petrochemical standards.
What if the pump room is placed under the pipe gallery and considered as a whole? Originally, it was considered to place the pump outdoors, but the climate in the north is too cold during winter, with temperatures dropping as low as near -30°C. Although regulations do not require the installation of a pump room, you know what I mean.
There are also distance requirements between surface pumps and storage tanks.
