Uses of the by-product tert-butanol

Our company has used tert-butyl oxide; as a by-product, tert-butanol is produced, along with 5% n-octane and 5% water； May I ask, what products can be made from butanol, or should it be further synthesized to produce other products? ；
Isobutylene obtained after dehydration has more uses. But it depends on how much you have – whether it’s worth the effort, and whether there are any products around that use isobutylene.
