Which expert has ever done separate heating of the expander? The air separation unit is in a cold state, so no heating is carried out~~

Turning off the valve should work. As for the pipes, expansion valves usually have bellows at their inlet and outlet areas inside the bridge structure
On our side, there are two expanders – one is in operation while the other is stopped. Stop that inlet and outlet valve by closing them completely, then start heating. It has little impact on pipeline valves.

The expander already has a heating mode taken into account, so by closing the inlet and outlet valves, heating can proceed normally, I think
Expansion joints are available at both ends of the expander, and the heat resistance range for 304 steel is around -190°C
