It’s been almost two years since I graduated and started working in this factory; I’m paid the minimum wage that applies to frontline workers. The chemical industry has been in a poor state these past two years, and I don’t know until when I’ll have to wait before my salary can be increased by a hundred or two hundred yuan per month. I also don’t know when I’ll get the chance for a promotion. Under the pressures of life, and with no clear vision for the future in the field of chemistry, I don’t know how to move forward on this path, nor do I know what the direction will be... I’m lost... As colleagues who also work in chemistry, what is it that drives you to continue on this path?
I want to ask if that amount increases by 1200-2400 every year? Will I tell you if 3000 is too much to handle?
I wipe? 100+ per month? We can only get a raise of 100+ yuan per year… After working for over two years, a salary of 3000+ yuan is still not enough; it’s frustrating. There’s nothing we can do since the industry is in a downturn right now……
I mean, it increases by 100 to 200 per year; I have no idea which year it will finally be raised
I mean, it’s about waiting until such a year arrives when there can be a raise of one or two hundred yuan
Colleagues who have been with us for ten years see their salaries reduced by 100–200 per month – what do you think?
Is the chemical industry a dead end? . . .
Who knows whether this path can actually be taken? Speaking of it only brings tears.
