Investigate whether you need the forum to add a Sina Weibo integration feature

It’s like sharing something on QQ or QQ Space – when you send a message on QQ, it certainly won’t be synchronized to Haichuan. But if you click the share button on Haichuan, you can share it just like on QQ and QQ Space. If, as you said, Weibo accounts can be synchronized to HaiChuan, then those accounts would have no security at all.
