Is this view reasonable?

Everyone, someone suggested that if the intended use is for ordinary office work, it’s sufficient to use the latest I3 CPU, with at least 8G of memory required. What do you all think?
It’s enough. . . Processors are generally in excess. More memory is definitely a good thing. The office is sufficient
For regular office work, if the computer is fast, work faster; if it’s slow, work more slowly. What? Do you still have to arrange the office computers yourselves?
It depends on the budget; if there’s enough money, consider upgrading the CPU and GPU. . .
It’s better to choose a model with higher specifications; in case you want to use it for other purposes, opting for an A8 or an i5/i7 won’t cost much more
