The flow meter for the sulfur-free methanol reflux in the methanol washing tower and the carbon dioxide separation tower keeps giving inaccurate readings. What’s causing this? Does anyone else have this problem? Which measurement method do you all use?

This is mainly related to the design of the flow meter; in the past, orifice plates and pressure guiding tubes were commonly used, but they tended to get clogged, resulting in inaccurate measurements； Also check if there are any issues with the installation
