Stainless steel reactor with frame-type stirring; the fixed end at the bottom is secured using PTFE sleeves, which can wear out and end up mixing into the material. How can this be solved? Thank you!
The wear amount is minimal; it should have no impact on the material, as it’s all modified wear-resistant PTFE!
Check whether the upper bearing needs to be replaced, and examine the shaft for bending to determine if straightening is required
My products are finished goods and food additives; no impurities are allowed. Is it possible to avoid using a lower fixing mechanism?
Due to the large swinging motion of the frame-type mixer, it is likely that even without low supports, your reducer bracket will not be able to handle the stress.
