Does anyone have information on the current state of process management in foreign refining and petrochemical companies? How do these companies manage aspects related to processes such as alarms, interlocks, inspections, compliance with process parameters, employee assessment regarding processes, training, and process documentation? What are the departments in foreign production? What are they each responsible for?
Foreign corporate standards should be stricter than those in domestic countries; one can look into some foreign standards.

My need is not to manage standards, but rather the current state of management – specifically, the current status of process management in IT systems. How do countries abroad apply management concepts to IT?
