Questions about IFIX

Dear experts, in the configuration of iFix drivers, what do channel, device, and data mean respectively? Do different channels mean different drivers? Then it drives the rear-mounted device, which is divided into multiple data blocks! Is that the correct understanding? For example, I have an S7-400 PLC that communicates via S7A drives. The data that needs to be exchanged with IFIX is stored in DBW16, DBW22, and DBX30.1 within DB20. So how should this be configured? Do these values need to correspond to certain variables in the IFIX memory so that IFIX can access them? What is the name of the corresponding table, and where should it be set? Thank you~!
