What considerations are there regarding its design and manufacturing in terms of multi-layer wrapping structures? Thank you to the moderator for the kind words. I have never worked on such devices, so I’m not really aware of the issues that need attention in design and manufacturing. However, I completely agree with you that heat treatment is a key aspect that requires careful consideration.
Devices of this type require that all heat-treatment processes be completed before the laminates are wrapped together. Layer wrapping utilizes the binding force of the laminates to ensure that they stay tightly pressed against each other, preventing defects such as gaps or inadequate sealing between the layers; this creates a unified binding force that can withstand the internal pressures generated during device operation.
