It depends on your scale and other supporting facilities, such as whether it is just a tank farm or there are other installations as well What is the general layout of the tank area, etc.?
The storage capacity of the tank area is 1.8 million cubic meters; it can store gasoline, diesel, kerosene, LPG, lubricating oils, and benzene； Distribution methods: road, rail, port ； How is the number of people in the tank farm determined? What are the various operations, and how many people are required for each operation?
It also depends on the operating method you adopt, as well as the level of automation and the availability of safety facilities, among other things. Generally, a four-shift two-shift operation is adopted, which results in a higher degree of automation; 16 people are required for the tank farm, 12 for the road loading/unloading station, 12 for the railway facility, and 12 for the port. Add 3-4 managers.
We also need to consider the frequency of tasks; since the turnover volume in the tank area varies, the workload for staff will differ as well.
CNPC has standards for the construction of oil depots, along with approximate staffing tables that are selected based on the scale of the depot.
