May I ask where exactly the flexible connectors for the pump inlet and outlet are installed? In front of the valve or behind it? Or somewhere else? Is there a regulatory basis? Thank you!
The pump inlet should be installed at the inlet flange, while the outlet should be placed behind the valve; otherwise, the high pressure generated when starting the pump can be harmful to the flexible connectors
I think it should be connected directly to the pump to prevent stress from the inlet and outlet pipes from being transmitted to the pump; this is not necessarily correct, just for reference
What was said on the second floor makes sense as well; even if the outlet is installed behind a valve, it shouldn’t be too far away from the pump, otherwise its effectiveness will be greatly reduced
