I’m seeking help from all the seniors! In a methanol production system using coke oven gas, CO2 is added. How can the amount of carbon added be adjusted based on the volume of coke oven gas in order to achieve optimal production?
Since your oxygen-to-carbon ratio is essentially determined, the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio of the fresh gas is also essentially fixed, which allows for the determination of the carbon addition amount.
