How can hydrogen recovery devices improve the efficiency of hydrogen recovery in methanol synthesis? We use membrane separation devices, and the compressors employed are reciprocating compressors, of the single-stage type. What methods do you all use?
Currently, the mature hydrogen production methods for industrial applications are pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and membrane separation. To increase the hydrogen recovery rate in membrane separation devices, the pressure difference before and after the membrane can be increased appropriately; however, a downside is that the purity of the hydrogen may decrease.
