I would like to know which brands of double-flange level gauges offer good quality. Are there any domestically produced double-flange level gauges that are of high quality? I’m a complete beginner, so I hope experts can give me some advice. Also, are there any standards for the manufacturing or use of double-flange level gauges? If so, could you please provide the standard numbers? Thank you all~:lol
So what are your high expectations? Domestically, tens of thousands of units are produced each year; surely we can’t buy them all and take them to the scrapyard, can we? Brands like Shanghai Wiltei are a good option. Just search for the calibration regulations for pressure transmitters – they’re available there
Wiltey is garbage; I highly recommend avoiding it! Yokogawa’s products are quite good, but they’re also expensive. As for domestic products, there are basically no decent ones available these days; I have nothing to recommend. In the past, I used products from Shangziyi and Shenyang Sensors – back then they benefited from the support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, so their quality was fairly good. Now they operate independently and produce products under contract, but their quality is pretty poor. There are some good products from small domestic manufacturers as well, but I can’t recommend them; you’ll need to evaluate them on your own.
Yokogawa is good, as it performs well in low-temperature environments; followed by Rosemount. Honeywell products are also viable, and Siemens options work as well too. When it comes to domestic brands, one should be cautious when choosing them.
Let’s use our CHUANYI PDS; it’s really good, especially for flange-type meters. You can message me within the app and I’ll send you a sample! :lol
