Everyone is welcome to share advanced methods encountered in pipeline engineering installation and construction, as well as questions related to cutting, fitting fabrication, prefabrication, installation, and aspects such as quality, safety, production, and management.
I’m not sure what the original poster’s main goal is: to communicate, promote a certain product, or solve a problem? If you are a tech expert, it is recommended to create a post for “one-on-one help”. :handshake @*lihuagong @leo_0088
Please share the difficulties encountered during construction and the solutions to them; you can raise questions or present the final solutions. The technical skills of many construction workers these days are really disappointing; not only do they lack theoretical knowledge, but their practical skills are also inadequate, resulting in very low efficiency. Therefore, dropping this topic will be helpful for the technicians and workers in on-site construction management.
Case 1: Aerial positioning and piping of the high-pressure steam collection and exchange unit in the heat exchange area of the Daqing ARGG project. The steel frame has been completed; the floor height is around 5 meters. Two heat exchangers have been installed on the floor, with a center-to-center distance of 2.6 meters. The heat collection unit above is suspended, at a height of about 2 meters above the center of the two heat exchangers below; it is fixed in place through 16 bent pipes arranged on both sides. Site conditions: The space within the framework is limited, and the equipment weighs nearly 10 tons, making it impossible to lift and place it using a crane. Seek the optimal construction plan. Requirements: 1. The upper crossbeams and similar components must not be removed. 2. The equipment’s positioning dimensions are within the specified limits. 3. The setup time is no more than 2 hours. (The final construction plan will be provided after 10 responses.)
