How is the workload for HAZOP analysis in coal chemical projects determined? Please offer some guidance from those who are more experienced

In a typical HAZOP analysis, nodes are defined based on PID diagrams, and the number of pages in these diagrams indicates the amount of work involved. There may be significant differences in the number of pipelines shown on each diagram, but this is generally how it is done.
The most important document in a Hazop analysis is the PID, but layout diagrams, safety discharge principles, chemical hazard data, pipe data sheets, process data sheets, and previous safety reports are also important. To conduct logical and effective analysis of PID, it is necessary to divide PID into units, with each major process section considered as a unit; generally, a device number can serve as a representative of a major component. Define single-line units between each major component; define other single-line units for the branch parts of the main process flow, and define process units at the points where they connect to existing equipment.
