The oil collection tank extracted from Catalyst Fractionation Column 1 is a riser-type oil collection tank; will it also overflow to the lower trays during normal operation? If there is no risk of overflow, then how can the lower trays (when the second system is not in use) ensure liquid phase reflux?
If Unit 2 is in operation, the reflux from Unit 2 can be directed below the extraction outlet of Unit 1; Unit 1 is operated in full extraction mode, while the flow returning to the tower from Unit 2 serves as the liquid phase. Since No. 2 Middle School is not in operation at the moment, overflow must be used to ensure the liquid phase load.
