What are the factors that affect the outlet temperature of the burner cooling water in GE gasification technology?
During normal operation, it is mainly the flow rate of the burner cooling water that affects the temperature at the cooling water outlet. Additionally, there are significant differences in the cooling water temperature between summer and winter. In case of faults such as a rupture in the burner cooling water coil, this too can affect the temperature at the cooling water outlet.
Factors affecting it: 1. Reflects the temperature inside the gasification furnace； 2. Reflect the effect of burner atomization ； 3. When the gasification furnace is just started up, the temperature difference between the cold water inlet and outlet of the burner is large ； After operating for a while, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the burner’s cooling water decreases, mainly due to slag formation at the burner tip, which reduces the heat transfer coefficient.
