The last edit to this post was made by liaifeng on 2018-9-1 at 12:05; the ordinary sulfur contains approximately 70% sulfur itself, with other organic impurities accounting for about 30%. These are heavy components with boiling points between 160 and 200°C. How can these impurities be removed in order to increase the purity of sulfur? A purity level of 95% would be acceptable; of course, the higher the better. @ylb913 Please, someone knowledgeable can answer this. :handshake

It’s not feasible; once melted, they can’t be separated, and the two won’t separate into layers...
Have you considered using a solvent for further separation? You’d better describe those organic components more clearly; it’s too vague. . . . . .
Heat elemental sulfur to 200 degrees Celsius; the sulfur melts, and the unmelted substances are filtered out (this step can be omitted). Continue heating while stirring constantly to cause some of the impurities to vaporize and evaporate. At 400 degrees Celsius, the sulfur boils, and the sulfur gas is collected. By cooling this gas, it can be solidified, resulting in purer sulfur
Is a condenser needed for stirring and evaporating impurities at 200°C? I tried it before; blocking the condenser was a serious issue.
We use a sulfur melting furnace for purification, but the results are average
