Issues regarding the standards for passing oil washing tests

The oil system of the large units in the chemical plant is currently undergoing oil washing. How can one determine whether the oil washing is complete, and what are the criteria for that?
Depending on the equipment requirements, in some cases it is sufficient to rinse until no residue remains on a 100-mesh filter, while in other cases rinsing until no residue remains on a 200-mesh filter is required. I’m not sure if there’s a standard; waiting for experts. .

Which has stricter requirements, APl614 or the NASA lubricant standards?
It’s possible to check the requirements set by the petrochemical industry for oil testing; it seems to be based on standards from 2014, which stipulate that with a 200-mesh filter, no more than four particles per square centimeter should be visible to the naked eye.
Generally, there should be no more than four hard particles per square centimeter on a 200-mesh filter screen
