The operating pressure is 0.25 MPa, the operating temperature is 134°C, and the medium is a mixture of salt and water. The effective net volume of the container, after deducting the internal components, is 38 L. Is this considered a pressure vessel as defined by regulatory standards? Additional note: Under normal operation, water is in a liquid state.
