Are there any standards for developing safety management systems, and is there documentation to support them?
The Work Safety Law and AQ3013 are both used as the basis for formulation.
Laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, regulatory documents, and relevant standards
The major laws and regulations serve as the basis, while the smaller guidelines provide the specific details. The focus is still on risk identification; procedures and regulations are developed accordingly depending on the industry and the nature of the tasks
