Dear fellow professionals: There are three magnetic pumps on site, with a flow rate of around 6 cubic meters, a head of 32 meters, and an outlet pressure of approximately 0.3 MPa. Recently, it has been found that the pumps fail to deliver fluid properly, so it is necessary to select new pumps. I would appreciate it if experienced professionals could provide some suggestions. Is there a pressure gauge on the outlet? A pressure gauge must be installed at the outlet of the magnetic pump, so that its reading can be monitored. If the pressure gauge still shows a value of 0.3 Mpa and flow cannot be achieved, then there is an issue with the pump’s selection. If the pressure gauge reading is below 0.3 Mpa, it is necessary to adjust the opening degree of the outlet valve. If the pressure gauge reading fluctuates significantly, there is air in the pump chamber, and it needs to be vented. Take a look; there are only these few options.
