Seeking expert help: Connecting Siemens positioner feedback module to 380V

Siemens positioner, feedback module; terminals 61 and 62 are connected to 380V. It appears that some components inside the module have broken apart. I’m trying to find a hex key in order to open the cover of the positioner, but it’s been two days and I still haven’t found it. Do any manufacturers or experts familiar with Siemens positioners think it’s possible to repair this device on-site? It’s a very remote area; seeking advice from experts?
This component is a low-voltage part that has been connected to high voltage; it’s basically unusable now. It’s recommended that you replace it
The feedback module is separate, you can simply switch to the current version; P
