For a project I’m working on, the materials are to meet American standards; for ordinary applications, A106B is used. There is currently a DN150 pipe that needs to be cleaned, and some people say that precision steel pipes are required for this purpose. Is precision steel pipe needed? If necessary, GB/T3639-2009 for precision seamless steel tubes drawn or rolled on cold is equivalent to the European standard EN10305-1:2002; which American standard corresponds to it?
I’m not sure; should I take a look at API 5L to check the X52/X65 materials? . .
There’s a mistake upstairs; the original poster was referring to A106B pipes, which have nothing to do with X52/X65. It seems that there is no standard for precision tubes under American standards; the commonly used standards for precision tubes are Chinese standards and European standards (German standards). Why are precision steel tubes used for customs clearance? Please explain the operating conditions and related details. You could also consider using materials that meet American standards, and producing them according to national standards or other relevant specifications; or you might use equivalent national and German standard materials as substitutes for A106B. As for the precision pipe standards of American standards, I’m not sure about them, and it’s likely that no factory has the relevant certifications or qualifications for such products.
