1. Check to confirm that the oil level of the bearing lubricant is normal and the oil quality is satisfactory； The liquid level of the methanol in the siphon tank seal is at 2/3. 2 Confirm that both the pump inlet pipe drain and the pump body drain are closed. 3. Open the root valves of the pump inlet and outlet pressure gauges. 4-inch pump inlet valve. Vent the 5-inch pump outlet vent valve and the bottom valve of the collection funnel; close the vent valve when no air is present. (If a pump is in operation and a backup pump is active, open the cooling valve of the active pump to cool its casing; after cooling, close the cooling pump valve and then vent the air. ) Rotate the pump 6 times to check for any sticking. The gate valve behind the 7-inch automatic circulation valve is opened and locked in that position, and the automatic circulation valve is put into operation. 8 Press the pump start button; check that the pump runs smoothly, rotates in the correct direction, and has normal bearing temperatures, then slowly open the outlet valve.
