Daily question for the production area: In on-site production management, the three elements that constitute a \"clean state\" are: ( ) A. Cleanliness, efficiency, and safety; B. Organization, standardization, and cleaning; C. Inspection, supervision, and improvement. I chose A, but the correct answer is C. I’m a bit confused. In my opinion, a clean state, an efficient state, and a safe state are what truly constitute a proper state, while inspection methods, supervision measures, and improvement actions are the means to maintain that clean state. Organization, standardization, and cleaning are the actions taken to ensure a clean state. I’m not sure if this understanding is correct Where is the mistake?
