The future of occupational health

I heard that going forward, for oil refining projects, it will no longer be necessary to prepare reports on energy conservation, soil and water conservation, or occupational health; an environmental impact assessment and a safety assessment are sufficient! I ask all fellow sailors: is it genuine or not? I think it’s fake! A project can only be launched when various conditions are met; it seems that energy efficiency assessments, soil and water conservation, and occupational health are all essential!
It can only become more standardized and strict; how could it be abolished?
I think it’s entirely possible; these days there is a push to reduce the burden on businesses and cut down on administrative procedures.
