For now, we are working with Zhejiang Zhongkong on implementing advanced control systems; we are still relatively unfamiliar with this area. Does anyone have any examples or explanations related to advanced control systems provided by Zhejiang Zhongkong? Materials that can be understood visually are the best. Search the forum for advanced control; someone has discussed this issue. Advanced control mainly involves model establishment and subsequent maintenance; it works well at first after debugging, but the control room becomes utterly idle ; But the later model maintenance was not successful; hehe, hehehe, so it seems that PID is better.
Anyway, I think all this talk about Industry 4.0 is nonsense; it’s better to simply use DCS to control single-loop systems……
APC does not replace PID; rather, it builds upon a properly tuned PID loop by gradually adjusting the settings of the PID controller (or it may also directly operate devices such as variable-frequency motors). APC adjustments are generally slow, with a calculation cycle typically of one minute, whereas DCS PID calculations are done every second.
