The bottom temperature of the diesel hydrodesulfurization fractionator is 272, the top pressure is around 0.13, and the reflux tank pressure is 0.04; all other conditions remain unchanged. There is severe water contamination in the naphtha – what could be the cause and how can it be addressed?
Check whether the level of the reflux tank is accurate; also consider whether the current production volume of naphtha is too high, resulting in a short residence time and poor oil-water separation
