I’m a novice; I have a question. For process pipelines and valves, they pass the pressure testing, but during water testing the gasket under the gland gets damaged. Do I need to conduct another pressure test after replacing it?
Type it again; that’s a safer approach. It will be more difficult to deal with it once there are problems with the feed
After replacing the packing, it is necessary to re-pressurize; only after that can it be determined whether it meets the requirements
There are requirements for this process; it must be pressurized again for testing
It needs to be suppressed again to prevent any more leaks, right? ? ?
Generally, suppression is done more often during the project acceptance phase, right? Maintenance during normal production use doesn’t require pressurization, right?
If conditions permit, pressure testing should be carried out; just as we conduct pressure tests when replacing gaskets on pipeline flanges
We still need to suppress it; what if it leaks? ? ?
Re-suppression is needed, as it will affect the valve stem seal. . .
