Low water production, seeking help

I’m not sure whether to post this in this forum. Our plant’s mixed-bed system used to produce around 1,500 tons of water per batch, but now its water production capacity has dropped significantly – it can only produce 600–700 tons per batch. What could be the reason? Is there anyone skilled?

Are you saying it’s a resin issue? Is regeneration not working properly? Please forgive me, I’m a beginner

Judging from your question, it’s definitely a resin issue. I work in water treatment; you can add me on QQ at 905442518 and 3010937115 to learn more about your problem and let me help analyze it for you

The periodic water production volume of the mixed-bed has decreased significantly; the first thing to consider is: 1, Is the regeneration method the same as before? 2. Has there been any change in the water source? (Changes in the conductivity of water entering the mixed-bed) 3. Is there any flow deviation in the equipment? As for the resin, it can basically be ruled out. Because even after 10 years of use, the exchange capacity of resin in a marriage bed cannot drop by half; at most it drops to two-thirds, which is already considered quite severe. I am from the technical department of an ion exchange resin manufacturer; if you have any questions, feel free to ask via private message.

It’s definitely not a resin issue. It is initially suspected that a blockage in the lower water cap is causing operational deviation, or deviation in the middle row. Or the decarburizer ahead is not working well.
