Low water production, seeking help

I’m not sure whether to post this in this forum. Our plant’s mixed-bed system used to produce around 1,500 tons of water per batch, but now its water production capacity has dropped significantly – it can only produce 600–700 tons per batch. What could be the reason? Is there anyone skilled?

The periodic water production volume of the mixed-bed has decreased significantly; the first thing to consider is: 1, Is the regeneration method the same as before? 2. Has there been any change in the water source? (Changes in the conductivity of water entering the mixed-bed) 3. Is there any flow deviation in the equipment? As for the resin, it can basically be ruled out. Because even after 10 years of use, the exchange capacity of resin in a marriage bed cannot drop by half; at most it drops to two-thirds, which is already considered quite severe. It’s definitely not a resin issue. It is initially suspected that a blockage in the lower water cap is causing operational deviation, or deviation in the middle row. Or the decarburizer ahead is not working well.
