Lately, the mobile internet signal has been very poor, as have the communication signals; so I called the 10010 customer service to ask about the reason. The situation is as follows: 1. The communication signal is poor at the moment; it’s impossible for others to call in, and even when calls do come through, the connection is intermittent and the audio is unclear. 2. A few months ago, there was still 3G signal available for internet access, but now there’s no 3G signal left, and even the E network connection is intermittent. It seems there’s a standard set of responses: 1. Check your phone; 2. See how the signal is for others; 3. Check your SIM card. Well~, it’s always my fault. I call again, and it’s not my fault this time – it works elsewhere but not here. The 10010 customer service said, “I’ll check for you and get back to you shortly.” The next day, a local landline operator replied, speaking with a strong local accent (at least it seemed to be Mandarin): “You’re too far from the city; there are few signal towers, so the signal is poor. Internet and calls don’t work well in this area.” The problem is: One, just because I’m far from the city does that mean the signal has to be poor? II. To be irresponsible, does the lack of signal towers have anything to do with me? I pay for services, there are few servers – is that my fault? III. It just doesn’t work—that’s normal; if it did work, then it wouldn’t be normal, right? ! 10010 then called and said, “Hello, have you received the feedback?” Yes, we can only pass the information on to other departments to coordinate the construction of signal towers. “Well, it was possible to use the Internet some time ago; there was 3G coverage...” Before he could finish speaking, someone interrupted and said, “There has never been any coverage for 3G or 4G.” “......” I was left speechless. The card has been upgraded, but it’s him who fails to provide the service; I really want to change him
Unicom’s signal is already poor; change it.
If something like this had happened to me ten years ago, I would have immediately changed my card
It’s still better to use a signal; it has a wide coverage area.....
The problems are all your own; they won’t make any mistakes. The customer service representatives are all very good at talking and at pushing things through~~~~
Mobile internet is not good either; my neighborhood doesn’t even have 3G or 4G signals – only 2G, and that’s intermittent as well. Even when connected to the router’s WIFI, the internet speed is very slow; it’s extremely sluggish, which is really frustrating and makes me want to curse. When I call customer service, I hear a little girl’s voice, so I can’t even curse then. It’s probably because telecom companies are making less money now, so their service is poor.
Agreed, they just made things up at the end. Just a while ago there was 3G signal, but in the end it was said that there was no 3G or 4G coverage at all……
The prime minister called for improved service quality, lower fees, and faster internet speeds. Their actions are nothing but a way to deceive the leaders at the top while continuing to exploit the common people below
It was in the same situation as the dairy industry during Premier Wen’s time.
