One of our company’s devices is being used by them, and the plug of the device’s power cable has become hot. Customers are complaining now. Is it normal for this hair dryer to get hot during use? However, if the plug has poor contact or quality issues, it is inevitable that the plug will overheat. Therefore, it might be advisable to suggest that customers regularly check the condition of the equipment during use, and stop using it as soon as obvious overheating is detected. We include a spare plug with the device. The customer service can replace it on their own.
