1. After 24 hours of trial operation, all parameters meet the design requirements or the needs of production, and the conveying equipment is in good condition. The maintenance records are complete and accurate, and the acceptance procedures are carried out in accordance with regulations. 2. For the daily maintenance of belt conveyors, regular inspections should be carried out and corresponding records kept. (1) It is strictly prohibited to start the belt conveyor under load; before operation, the materials on the belt must be checked and removed. (2) Inspect the transmission system and lubricate parts such as reducers and bearings in a timely manner. (3) Check the vibration and temperature of the accessory bearings. (4) Check whether the belt is experiencing issues such as misalignment, slippage, or loose joints; adjustments and repairs may be necessary if such problems exist. (5) Check whether the drum and idlers rotate smoothly. (6) Check whether the frame and all connection points are damaged or loose.
