Material issues for NaCLO tanks

Hello, everyone! Our company’s NaCLO tanks are fabricated on-site from fiberglass with a PVC lining. Two months after operation, cracks and leaks were found in the weld at the bottom of the tank. After researching relevant information, it was found that most manufacturers use such materials and designs; these tanks also develop cracks and leakage at the bottom after a short period of use. In foreign countries, such tanks typically last 3 to 5 years. Could experts provide some good advice regarding material selection, manufacturing considerations (key points such as WPS), and operating conditions? Also, I would like to ask whether the NaCLO tank can be made of fiberglass with a CPVC lining? Are there any successful cases? Thank you for your advice!
Consider adding heat tracing and insulation to the tank; could this be due to large temperature differences?
In fact, NaClO storage tanks can be made of pure fiberglass; using CPVC inside seems to be pointless.
Thank you for the reply! We have currently used full FRP for the bottom repair and feeding, and are now observing to see how it performs.
