One day, Wang, a staff member from the town’s work safety supervision office, along with community officials, went to Old Zhang’s luggage factory to inspect the safety conditions there. They found various safety hazards such as aging wires, improper wiring, and expired fire extinguishers. The inspection team criticized Old Zhang sternly and demanded that he take immediate action to rectify these issues. But Old Zhang started using his usual phrase again: “I’m just an ordinary person with no education; it can’t be that serious, right?
