High residual carbon in coking of anthracite

Does anyone have a circulating fluidized bed furnace that uses Jincheng anthracite? Is the amount of slag and residual carbon high? How can it be reduced? Mine is 130 tons; the residual carbon produced after combustion can be above 20, and sometimes it’s below 5. On average, it’s high, around 10
Bituminous coal is relatively difficult to burn completely, which leads to problems such as large slag formation and high carbon content in fly ash. It is recommended that when burning anthracite, attention should be paid to controlling the particle size of the coal, keeping the bed temperature from being too low, ensuring the efficiency of the separator, and increasing the amount of primary air appropriately.
